Zera Academy
Project Overview
Zera Academy is a feature-rich online education platform designed to deliver high-quality learning experiences across language barriers. The platform supports content delivery in three languages with seamless switching capabilities. Core features include course creation and management, video hosting, live streaming for real-time classes, interactive chat rooms for student collaboration, assignments and quizzes, progress tracking, certificates, payment integration for course purchases, student dashboard, and instructor portal. The system accommodates multiple learning styles through video lectures, downloadable resources, live sessions, and community discussions.
The Challenge
Creating an accessible, engaging online learning environment that serves multilingual audiences while maintaining high-quality video streaming and real-time interaction without technical barriers for educators or students.
Our Solution
We built a scalable cloud-based platform with CDN integration for smooth video delivery globally. Real-time communication uses WebRTC for live streaming and WebSocket for chat. Multilingual support is implemented at the database level, allowing seamless language switching without content duplication.
The Results
Successfully onboarded many students across three language regions, 95% student satisfaction rate, 99.8% platform uptime, smooth streaming with minimal latency, and increased course completion rates due to engaging interactive features.
