Bîr Subtitle Editor

Bîr Subtitle is a professional, smooth, and fruitful application for both Android and iOS that allows you to easily edit and translate your subtitle files. The app includes an advanced smart editor for TED translators that helps you to translate your Talk files according to TED’s guidelines, then upload the file and you’re ready to go!

All Middle Eastern languages, as well as their punctuation rules, are supported by the app. There is a Punctuation Section inside the app that teaches you Kurdish Punctuation Rules. We’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas about this section. RTL (Right to Left) and vice versa are also supported by the app.

The app will not allow you to export your file until it has been completed but don’t worry, this is an optional setting in the settings that you can activate or disable. Another functionality is the “Free Text Box,” a pop-up window that aids in the creation of tags and text codes. You can bold, italicize, and underline the text as desired by default.

Another function is “Go to,” which lets you navigate to a specific line by entering its number. There is also a search feature that allows you to look for a specific word or phrase, furthermore, there is a built-in player which helps you watch the video with the file that you are working on!
